Giving high school students the tools they need
Partnering with the Oshkosh Area School District and Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, Shea Electric and Communications offers a youth apprenticeship program. This successful program offers benefits for both employers and students. Employers are able to build long-term relationships with potential employees and develop a recruiting pipeline. On the other hand, students are given a pathway to a successful and rewarding career.
