Shea Electric and Communications Wins Two 2016 NECA Awards Recognizing high health and safety practices in the workplace Shea Electric and Communications is the proud recipient of two 2016 NECA Awards, which recognizes organizations that go above and beyond in their safety and health programs. Every year, The National Electrical Contractor’s Association (NECA) awards member companies with health and safety OSHA rates lower than the industry standard. The two awards received were a Safety Excellence Recognition, which acknowledges safety performance, and the Zero Injuries Award, which recognized companies that have gone a year without recordable injuries. Providing Youth Opportunities Through Apprenticeship in Wisconsin Giving high school students the tools they need Partnering with the Oshkosh Area School District and Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, Shea Electric and Communications offers a youth apprenticeship program.
